The Challenge
eSalon's client account section goes beyond the usual order history and personal information. Users needed the ability to manage when and how often their recurring orders ship, whether they want specific items on a recurring or one-off basis and the ability to message a colorist to request an adjustment to the color itself. Clients can also track the history of their custom color over time, so they can see what tweaks and adjustments they've requested in the past.
My Role
I partnered with a Product Manager on my team to define the feature set for the entire account section – gathering feedback along the way from the colorists as well as the dev team that created the logic for hair color formulas – and designed the fully responsive experience.
